Περιεχόμενο μαθήματος

Στο μάθημα ο φοιτητής αποκτά γνώσεις που σχετίζονται με νευρομυϊκές παθήσεις, τις επιπτώσεις τους και την επίδραση που μπορεί να έχει η άσκηση στην ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών. Επίσης ιδιαίτερη προσοχή δίνεται στις αντενδείξεις άσκησης στις οποίες υπόκεινται ορισμένες ομάδες ασθενών. Το μάθημα περιλαμβάνει:

  1. Εισαγωγή στο νευρομυϊκό σύστημα.
  2. Γενικές αρχές της άσκησης.
  3. Περιγραφή νευρομυϊκών διαταραχών.
  4. Άσκηση και εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο / παράλυση / κάκωση Κεντρικού Νευρικού Συστήματος, πολλαπλή σκλήρυνση, εγκεφαλική παράλυση. 

 

Εργαστηριακά γίνεται εξάσκηση στην

  1. Κιναίσθηση.
  2. Ηλεκτρική διέγερση.
  3. Νοερή άσκηση.
  4. Προπόνηση δύναμης & αρχή επιβάρυνσης.
  5. Αρχές εκμάθησης κινητικών δεξιοτήτων.
  6. Υδροκινησιοθεραπεία.

Μαθησιακοί στόχοι

Στόχος του μαθήματος είναι:

  • Να κατανοηθεί η λειτουργία του νευρομυϊκού συστήματος.
  • Να γίνουν γνωστές συχνές νευρομυϊκές παθήσεις.
  • Να δοθούν κατευθυντήριες γραμμές για προγράμματα άσκησης σε άτομα με νευρομυϊκές παθήσεις.
  • Να παρακινήσεις τους φοιτητές για περεταίρω εξειδίκευση σε προγράμματα άσκησης σχετικά με νευρομυϊκές παθήσεις.
