Οι φοιτητές/τριες του Διατμηματικού Μεταπτυχιακού Προγράμματος Σπουδών ΤΕΦΑΑ ΑΠΘ «Ανθρώπινη Απόδοση και Υγεία» και ειδικότερα οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/ες για τη θεματική περιοχή «Προπονητική Αθλημάτων».

Ο Χρήστος Κοτζαμανίδης έλαβε βασικό πτυχίο στην Ε.Α.Σ.Α. Αθηνών και διδακτορικό δίπλωμα στην Κινητική Ανάπτυξη από την Εθνική Ακαδημία Αθλητικών Επιστημών της Σόφιας. Έχει μετεκπαιδευθεί στα πανεπιστήμια Indiana και McMaster.  Έχει εργασθεί ως επιστημονικός συνεργάτης στην Α’ Νευρολογική Κλινική της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Είναι καθηγητής στο Τμήμα Επιστήμης Φυσικής Αγωγής και Αθλητισμού με έδρα της Θεσσαλονίκη του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και επισκέπτης καθηγητής στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Novi Sad. Διδάσκει τα μαθήματα Προπονητικής στις Αναπτυξιακές Ηλικίες και Νευρομυϊκού Ελέγχου και Αξιολόγησης Δύναμης. Δίδαξε σε διάφορα Πανεπιστήμια της Ευρώπης και σε διεθνή μεταπτυχιακά προγράμματα, ενώ είναι κριτής με μεγάλο αριθμό δημοσιεύσεων σε διεθνή έγκυρα περιοδικά. Τα ερευνητικά του ενδιαφέροντα σχετίζονται με την κινητική ανάπτυξη και το νευρομυϊκό έλεγχο των παιδιών και των ενηλίκων (κόπωση, ενδυνάμωση, ανάπτυξη ισχύος, ηλεκτρομυογραφική αξιολόγηση και ηλεκτροερεθισμός) και τους εμπλεκόμενους μηχανισμούς πρόκλησής τους.

Αντικειμενικοί στόχοι του μαθήματος είναι η κατανόηση των εννοιών σχετικά με:

  • την αναπτυξιακή περίοδο του ανθρώπου.
  • την ικανότητα εφαρμογής δύναμης του ανθρώπου
  • τους μηχανισμούς βελτίωσης της δύναμης
  • τη δομή της ταχύτητας
  • τους μηχανισμούς κόπωσης
  • τον προσδιορισμό της αντοχής
  • τη συμμετοχή ενεργειακών συστημάτων στην αθλητική προσπάθεια
  • το ταλέντο
  • των περιεχομένων των κύκλων προπόνησης

Τα επιδιωκόμενα μαθησιακά αποτελέσματα είναι η γνώση αναφορικά με

  • τις διαφορές και ομοιότητες της προπόνησης μεταξύ παιδιών και ενηλίκων.
  • την προπονητικότητα των παιδιών
  • τη μεταβολή της δύναμης στην αναπτυξιακή ηλικία
  • τα μεθοδολογικά βήματα στην προπόνηση με εξωτερικές αντιστάσεις
  • τους παράγοντες επίδοσης αθλημάτων αντοχής
  • τους παράγοντες που καθορίζουν το ταλέντο
  • της δομής του μακρόχρονου προπονητικού σχεδιασμού
  • των επιπτώσεων της προπόνησης στα παιδιά

Μετά την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του μαθήματος αναμένεται να έχει αποκτηθεί η ικανότητα

  • αξιολόγησης των ικανοτήτων φυσικής κατάστασης
  • αναγνώρισης των μεθόδων και των βασικών εργαλείων αξιολόγησης
  • εκπόνησης προγραμμάτων ενδυνάμωσης στην αναπτυξιακή ηλικία
  • αξιοποίησης του ταλέντου μέσω μακρόχρονου προπονητικού σχεδιασμού
  • στοχευμένης αναζήτησης και κριτικής μελέτης ερευνητικού άρθρου
  • παρουσίασης και αξιολόγησης ερευνητικών δεδομένων για την προπονητικές προσαρμογές στις αναπτυξιακές ηλικίες
